Our History
Our owner began investing in North Texas Real Estate in 1995 with the purchase of 415 Acres of ranch land in Kaufman County located just 40 miles from downtown Dallas.

Over the years our owner has been able to acquire over 1,000 acres of ranch land, 300,000 square feet of commercial properties in addition to other parcels of land. All properties located within the DFW Metroplex.

Our primary business is the office warehouse market in Dallas and the surrounding suburbs of Grand Prairie and Garland. The Double-R Capital Management, Inc. corporate leasing strategy is to focus on providing a more competitive product than our competition at the same market price. Our properties are all well maintained and offer a pleasant drive up appeal offering our tenants pride of ownership.

We consciously extensively plant native Texas trees and flora on our properties. This augments aesthetics, adds drive up appeal, increases comforting shade and reduces long term landscape costs like water usage and pruning. These costs savings are passed on to our tenants.

We still keep our rural roots and offer recreational leases (hunting, fishing, horse riding) on the expanded original Double-R Ranch in Kaufman. We also lease several houses on the ranch to city commuters who want a serene private ranch experience within a 1 hour commute to Dallas, Richardson. Each house comes with beautiful expansive views and access to a private lake stocked with large-mouth bass.
